Welcome to TheorynCraft (“TnC”). By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:
Nature of Services
TnC provides a broad range of creative, marketing, branding, web development, consulting, and performance-driven services. Each engagement is tailored to meet the client’s requirements, as outlined in proposals, agreements, or discussions
Payment Terms
Website Projects (One-time): 50% advance at initiation, 50% upon completion.
Social Media Management (Monthly): 50% advance at the start of each month, 50% at month-end.
Performance Marketing: Invoices generated at month-end based on actual ad spend.
Taxes: 18% GST is applicable on all invoices.
Billing Cycle: Starts from the day the advance payment is received.
Refunds: Strictly no refunds under any circumstances.
Late Payments: If payments are delayed, all work pauses until payments are cleared.
Intellectual Property
All assets, creatives, and deliverables remain the property of TnC until full and final (FNF) payment of the month is cleared. Upon full payment, clients receive complete rights to use assets as they wish. If payments remain pending, TnC reserves the right to revoke or restrict access to created assets.
Revisions & Support
Websites: Up to 3 revisions included.
One week of complimentary assistance is provided post full and final payment.
Additional revisions or support may be charged separately.
Termination
If either party terminates a project midway, all paid amounts are non-refundable. No assets, files, or deliverables will be transferred to the client unless the project is fully settled.
Liability & Performance Disclaimer
TnC commits to delivering professional services but does not guarantee specific financial outcomes.
Performance Marketing Disclaimer: Metrics like ROAS, conversions, or revenue growth cannot be guaranteed.
Social Media Disclaimer: Engagement, followers, or reach are subject to platform algorithms and external factors.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the New Delhi courts.
